A Broker Dealer transitioning from self-clearing to fully disclosed  had to transform their internal organization with minimal disruption to their customers, employees, and organization.  

• Led Client Service, Technology Portfolio, and Relationship Management components of a major client transition
• Orchestrated the team that transformed the front, middle, and back-office including workflow process redesign, training, and on-boarding for over 5000 service reps 
• Led a program management/analysis team that delivered a technology program with over 150 software releases, requiring over 1000 technology resources, for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Created a trusted practice for seamless transition from implementation team to business-as-usual team
