- Led Product Management for Fintech’s digital advisor product launch for a client. Scope included finalizing requirements and working with internal engineering and QA teams as well as internal Learning and Development on training
- Collaborated with Fintech’s vendor to launch new API integrations from requirements to implementation.
- Scoped high level requirements for a self-directed brokerage account opening with trading functionality
- Created a strategy for expanding Fintech’s digital account opening capabilities. Scope included high level requirements for advisor account opening of additional account types and working with the internal teams estimate level of effort and cost
